Where is it shipped from?
We use a network of trusted warehouses , primarily in the United States. We also ship from China, Germany, France, Spain, Turkey, and other locations, depending on your order and location. This allows us to ship your products quickly and efficiently from the warehouse closest to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this period, your order may already be in processing, but you can still return it for a full refund once it arrives.
